Tour Plan

Day 1 Barcelona Madrid → CAIRO → Luxor

Arrival from Spain in Cairo - Visa processing with Welcome - Arrival at the hotel, explain the travel details, overnight stay in Luxor.

Day 2 Luxor → Luxor

Leave in the morning after breakfast to visit the Temple of Dendera or the Temple of Hathor, about 50 kilometers north of Luxor, one of the best temples in the Nile Valley. It has unique architecture in the famous hypostyle hall with Hathoric capitals, the ancient Egyptian zodiac, and above all, a unique relief of the famous Queen Cleopatra VII. After the visit, return to Luxor, have lunch at the hotel, and rest. In the afternoon, the famous visit to the Temple of Luxor, the second temple of Amun, patron of Thebes, a grand work of Amenhotep III. It has part of the Avenue of Sphinxes, the famous statues of Ramses II, its obelisk, and the temple is also famous for the Byzantine Roman church and the mosque of Abu el-Haggag. After the visit, return to the hotel, have dinner, rest, and stay overnight at the hotel - Luxor.

Day 3 Luxor → Luxor

The hot air balloon ride very early, breakfast, then depart to visit the famous Karnak Temple, the Pantheon of Amun, one of the largest temples in the world. It has the Hypostyle Hall with 134 columns, the famous obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut, the sacred temple lake, and the great Scarab of Good Luck. After finishing the visit, return to the boat, lunch, and in the afternoon a tour of the city of Luxor. Dinner, overnight on board in Luxor.

Day 4 Luxor → Esna → Edfu

In the morning, depart to visit the Theban mountain, where we have the Valley of the Kings. Three different tombs showcasing art and architecture are visited. Then, the famous Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. We finish the visit at the Valley of the Artisans, where we experience true art. We end the day with the two Colossi of Memnon and return to the ship to sail to Edfu through Esna, where we pass through the lock. Lunch, rest, and enjoyment of the Nile scenery, dinner, overnight on board in Luxor.

Day 5 EDFU → KOMOMBO → Aswan

In the morning, visit the Temple of Horus, the Holy one with the Son of Isis and Osiris, one of the best preserved, return to the boat for rest and lunch. In the afternoon, visit Kom Ombo, the temple of Sobek and Haroeris, a Greco-Roman temple. Dinner, sail towards Aswan, overnight on board in Aswan.

Day 6 Aswan → ABU Simbel L→ Aswan

Leave early in the morning to go to Abu Simbel by car, almost 280 kilometers south of Aswan, return to the ship, rest, in the afternoon go for a sail on a felucca with a visit to the Nubian village and the area of the First Cataract, dinner, overnight on board in Aswan.

Day 7 Aswan → Aswan

Leave in the morning, after breakfast, to visit the Encabado Obelisk at its quarry and the Temple of Philae or the Temple of Isis, a relocated temple but still charming. Egyptian lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, catch the flight from Aswan to Cairo. Arrival in Cairo, overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 Cairo → Cairo

In the morning after breakfast, depart to visit the Pyramids of Giza, the Pyramid of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure with the Sphinx of Khafre. It is a full morning with a special flavor and enough time, lunch, return to the hotel, in the afternoon go out around Cairo with dinner included, overnight in Cairo.

Day 9 Cairo → Cairo

Visit to the Cairo Museum, the Coptic Quarter, the Khan El Khalili Market, lunch, dinner at the hotel.

Day 10 Cairo → Cairo

The visit to Saqqara where we have the step pyramid and the tombs of the nobles, which have scenes of daily life. Then we visit Dahshur where we have the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid of Sneferu, father of Khufu. Lunch, the visit to the Alabaster Mosque inside Saladin's Citadel, ending the day at the Khan El Khalili market with a panoramic view of the Islamic Quarter. Return to the hotel for rest, dinner, overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 Cairo → Barcelona or Madrid

Leave in the morning or afternoon to catch the flight from Cairo airport and have a good trip.
